Checklist guide for completing a online application.


  1. You have anwsered all the questions.
  2. You have gone over your anwsers and removed any spelling mistakes.
  3. You have used proper grammer.
  4. Removed anything irrelevent on the application. 
  5. Double check your education grades. (Make sure you got them right).
  6. Go over it again remove spelling mistakes.
  7. Reword to sound as formal as possible.
  8. Ask a friend or family to proof read.
  9. Work on corrections.
  10. Proof read once more and finish.

The dos and don'ts of filling in forms.

When filling in a application form or any kind of forms with questions there are many simple things which people do not see which could make the diffrence between getting the job or not. In this page we will go over some of the dos and don'ts.

Do!

  • Awnser every question. (Never leave any gaps!)
  • Always be postive.
  • Use formal langauage.
  • Use the correct detail. (Make sure you got the correct information!)
Don't!

  • Say negative things about yourself.
  • Don't use ANY shortforms.
  • Talk about irrelevent information
  • Use informal langauage.

Job Title: I.T. Support Technician

Wage: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum

Work times: 9am – 4:30pm, Lunch break at 12:30pm – 1:15pm

Work days: Monday – Friday

Job description:
A new position for an I.T support technician is now available! This role is within a company of 100 people. You will be working in a small team under a line manager. In this team you will be taking on the roles of; working on key projects or providing support to individual end users. Extra training will be provided if needed. We are looking for keen individuals who want to further excel there knowledge and skills in the I.T industry.

The desired candidate will have a basic knowledge in I.T (C grade in I.T or a level 2 in I.T is required) and in office packages, (Microsoft work, PowerPoint etc.) Also a Basic English qualification is required, (C grade in English or a C). A qualification in health and safety in the workplace is also required by law (Training can be provided by the company if required).

They must also be able to work as a team and independently. Also you should be able to work under pressure and managing your time while also being organized is a key part in this job. An attitude required at Tech-Search is confidence, by this we mean that you are able to give formal and informal presentations, while also being open to constructive criticism.  

We are also looking for polite, honest individuals who get along well with others to maximize teamwork. Also when speaking to someone make sure you are clear so they can fully understand the point you are making in the smallest amount of time.
